Welcome to the Loca.fi User Manual

The Loca.fi portal is a web-based RFID inventory and asset tracking platform built by Ramp. It gives portal operators and administrators real-time visibility over items, locations, stock levels, and operational workflows — all driven by RFID read events from the field.

Who this manual is for

This manual is written for portal operators and administrators: the people who configure the system, manage users and permissions, run day-to-day inventory operations, and interpret reports. It assumes you have login access to a Loca.fi portal instance and the appropriate administrative role.

If you are a developer integrating with the Loca.fi REST API, see the API Documentation instead.
